You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
The service was not provided as per the agreed terms.
The service was canceled within the allowed cancellation period.
There was an error in processing your payment.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support at support@spherefiveservices.com within 48 hours of service completion.
Provide details of the issue, including booking reference and supporting evidence.
Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If the service was partially completed, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences if the service was completed as agreed.
No-show by the customer without prior cancellation.
Services completed as per the agreed terms.
Requests made beyond the stipulated time frame.
Customers may cancel a scheduled service 24 hours before the appointment without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee.
