Cancellation Policy For Service Providers:

  1. Cancellation by the Service Provider

    • Service providers must notify Sphere Five Services of any cancellations or inability to fulfill a scheduled service at least 48 hours in advance.

    • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in penalties or termination of the contract, as per the terms agreed upon.

  2. Substitution

    • In the event of unavoidable cancellations, service providers must arrange for a qualified substitute approved by Sphere Five Services to ensure service continuity.

  3. Force Majeure

    • In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government directives, or emergencies), cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and reasonable accommodations will be made.
