All bookings must be made in advance via our website, mobile app, or customer support.
Payments must be completed before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods.
Customers can cancel or reschedule their service 24 hours before the appointment without incurring any charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to decline a service request if the environment is deemed unsafe for our staff.
Our cleaners and maintenance staff will not handle hazardous materials or illegal substances.
Sphere Five Services is not liable for pre-existing damages in your premises.
Any accidental damages caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours for resolution.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Customers must ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time.
Personal valuables should be stored securely before service commencement.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
